Garden Pesto

Preserve your basil but ALSO other garden greens like spinach, kale, Swiss chard, parsley and other herbs! Easy! Freeze it to enjoy pesto all winter!

INGREDIENTS

Add basil and other greens to your food processor.

Add toasted pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice and salt and pepper.

Blend with olive oil and water.

Store in jars or other containers and freeze.  Don't fill more than 3/4's full to allow room for expansion!
